I am Teresa-The Surrodoula, proud mum, birth worker and surrogate. I am passionate about supporting birthing people to have the most positive pregnancy and birth experiences possible, whatever that looks like for you.

Whether you are new to pregnancy or preparing for a journey you have been on before, I  believe that everybody has the right to enter parenthood in any way that nurtures them, makes them feel safe and honours their wishes at every stage.

As a qualified Doula and Hypnobirthing teacher, I provide birth preparation courses and mindful care for pregnancy, birth and beyond. I am also qualified in the 3-Step Process, helping clients to work through unhelpful memories and the connected emotional responses through the use of language and guided relaxation.

My hope for you as we get to know each other is that you enter the next phase of your life feeling confident about what is to come.
